Millet - Hulled
Directions: In a heavy skillet, heat 1 tsp. oil, add 1 cup millet, and toast gently until the grain is tan. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan, add 1 tsp oil along with the grain. Stir; cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes or longer until desired texture is achieved or until all the water is absorbed.
