Soybeans
Directions: Soak soybeans 2-3 hours or overnight. Soaked soybeans can be frozen for later use. For every cup of soybeans, use 3 1/2 cups water. Add 2/3 tsp. salt or 1 Tblsp. chicken-like seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours. Makes 2 1/3 cups.
